Exploring the relationship between art and cuisine, this exhibition brings together 26 chefs and 20 international artists: A state of the art on the becoming-art of cooking and the becoming-edible art, against a backdrop of conviviality and sharing.
The exhibition is a new instance of a project that was held in 2013 at the Ecole des Beaux-Arts in Paris under the guidance of the same team of curators: Nicolas Bourriaud, art critic, curator and co-founder of the Palais de Tokyo, and Andrea Petrini, culinary journalist and globetrotter, curator, creator of the World restaurant Awards.
