OVER THE TOP, UNDERCOVER - LE NOUVEAU PROGRAMME 2026

Fondation Pernod Ricard

The Nouveau Programme has been designed to offer a more dynamic and engaged form of institutional backing. It reconfigures the way artists are supported beyond the traditional cycle of
exhibitions and prizes, providing financial and institutional support over several years.
Together with the team, we are pleased to take part in this evolving dynamic, which is grounded
in continuity and opens up new perspectives for the future

Curator : Salomé Burstein

« Roaming around the city, the edges of objects, the spirals of language and sometimes of obsession, the works of Clémence de La Tour du Pin, Jonathan Martin and Rosa Moreno engage with
the dynamics that shape perception. Each of them identifies and subverts tactics used to
guide the eye, channel desire and lives — to break through or disturb the automatic. Over
the top, undercover tunes into these tensions within the sensible realm, its manipulations,
its elasticity. The exhibition reveals a makeuplike logic present in all things, when what is
highlighted depends on what we attempt to cover up. Artists look at what staged scenes
conceal, what they express in codes — the mechanism of the unconscious, of debt, of delirium. »
